I'm a data analyst based in Surabaya who works best when data has a real job to do — not just sitting in a dashboard, but actually informing a decision.
My background spans operational analytics, reporting automation, and a bit of machine learning, built through a year of real-world experience and a strong academic foundation in Information Systems. I'm comfortable across the full analyst workflow: from wrangling raw data and building pipelines, to designing reports that stakeholders can read without a manual.
The problems I enjoy solving aren't industry-specific — I'm drawn to any situation where better data visibility leads to better outcomes, and I bring the same structured, detail-oriented approach regardless of the domain.

Built two Google Apps Script automations for the SUB-RTA team at Gear Inc — one for attendance reporting, one for login hours reporting. Each runs on a daily trigger at 07:05 WIB, downloads ByteWorks workforce data, parses the CSV with header-row skipping, filters relevant columns, and accumulates records indefinitely into a centralized Google Sheet. Replaced a manual process that previously took ~15 minutes per report.
Interval-level (15-minute) SLA failure analysis across 10 content moderation queues. Identified recurring root causes — cascading backlogs, AHT violations, OU deficits, content pool reductions — and delivered moderator-level performance scorecards at daily, weekly, and monthly granularity.
Built a weekly performance dashboard in Looker Studio for a Digital Broadcast Network Services project at RRI (Radio Republik Indonesia), covering project data from input and cleaning through to visualization. Also produced daily project escort status recaps for project leads.
Designed and integrated an ML-based recommendation engine for an event listing platform. Built to match event organizers and attendees based on content preferences and behavioral signals, improving relevance of listings surfaced to users.
Tracked digital advertising metrics (CTR, impressions, completed views) for FMCG brands. Built data pipelines for merchant performance reporting, implemented Amplitude Analytics for session tracking, and ran Python Selenium scraping projects to map WiFi merchant pricing trends.
